Refund policy

Refunds/returns/exchanges are not accepted at Forever Young Glass and all sales are final. All pieces are handmade and one of a kind. Glass varies in textures and colours and often has imperfections within them. I try to ensure that all pictures show the piece to its fullest nature but if for some reason you would like to see additional photo's please contact us. Please review the listing in full prior to purchasing. 

If your piece arrives damaged, please take photos and immediately contact us at foreveryoungglass@gmail.com and we will work together to create a piece as similar to the original piece as possible. Some Stained Glass that is used in my pieces can't be found due to the glass no longer being made, so please be aware in advance that your piece may not look exactly the same as what was originally order but will be as close as possible.
