About Forever Young Glass

Hello and welcome to Forever Young Glass! My name is Courtney Young, and I am the sole owner and creator of FYG. I currently reside in Westminster, Colorado where I work full time in a stained glass studio helping create beautiful pieces for another artist. In my free time I create for myself and for YOU! 

I grew up in England and have loved art my whole life. I always told everybody that my dream job was to be an artist. I fell in love with stained glass windows in churches and historic buildings as a child, but I never imagined that stained glass could be created out of the comfort of your own home and not without huge industrial equipment. I took a class in Nov-Dec of 2020 and have been creating out of my own home since.

Stained Glass has been the first medium that has truly stolen my heart and mind. I usually dabble a little in everything and grow bored easily but with glass I feel a sense of belonging. Sort of like I'm meant to be doing this. I like using bold, contrasting colours and creating a sense of nostalgia in my pieces. Above anything, I want to create pieces that are loved by me and by you.
